The control panel gives you better control over your web hosting account. You can keep track of you usage, access your web mail, upgrade your plan, change your contact details, preview your billing account, view your web site statistics and more.....All at the click of a button. NOTE: The options marked with (*) are NOT available when MS FrontPage extensions have been installed on your site.

ICON	OPTION	DESCRIPTION
	NEW Account Management	Here you will find:- Account Information Package Information Resource Information Billing Information Alarm Limit Feature (The maximum data transfer and storage of Mb. When set you will automatically recede a warning email that you have reached your limit) Personal Information (to keep your contact details up to date) Billing Information (keep your credit card details up to date here. NOTE: this can only be used if you have your own secure certificate installed.
	NEW Billing History	View you billing history and print a copy of an invoice.
	Change Password	Allows you to change the password for access to the Control Panel and FTP (Note: it does not change the password for your e-mail).
	File Manager	Allows you to manipulate files on your web site. You can also access your mail logs here.
	Help	Links to the user manual with tips on: Account Overview, Getting Started, Control Panel, FTP, Email, Client Setup, CGI-bin and MySQL.
	Resource Meter	Shows detailed Diskspace and Email Usage.
	Upgrade CP	Upgrade to a larger account, or add extra products to your hosting.
	Mail Manager	Allows you to manage all aspects of your e-mail accounts, mailing lists spam guard and quaranteen.
	Mailing List	Allows you to install the Mailing List program for your account. Once installed, the only reason to use this tool again would be to uninstall the mailing list program.
	Spam Guard	Spam (junk email) wastes your time and money. Now you can filter incoming emails based on email address or words likely to be used in a spam message. To enable SpamGuard you should click on the SpamGuard icon in the Control Panel. You can then configure it in the Mail Manager.
	Quaranteen Manager	This will help to prevent emails with potentially harmful attachments from reaching your computer. It can be configured to filter out emails that include attachments with any file extension. This is not a personal computer product which can erase a virus, nor is it intended to be a replacement for one. Quaranteen resides on the server and can be a huge help in preventing unsuspecting email users from downloading viruses. To enable Quaranteen Manager you should click on the Quaranteen Manager icon in the Control Panel. You can then configure it in the Mail Manager.
	WebMail	Web mail allows you to access your email through a simple user interface, similar to HotMail. New powerful features include:- Settings and Preferences that will allow background changes, theme changes, calendar options and message filtering options. Spell check included with composition of emails Search and Advanced Searching capabilities can be carried out on numerous fields and criteria Calendar functionality that will send messages to specified email addresses as a reminder of an event. Session timed logouts have been instituted for additional security; the time out duration is configured in the User Preferences screen. Importing of address books from old Web Mail program, or Outlook Express or Netscape. Full help files included You can also access your webmail by typing www.yourdomainname.com/webmail into your web browser.
	Formmail	Provides you with the option of using a form with which your visitors can send information you specify to an e-mail address.
	PGP	Allows you to set up your Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) encryption key on the server. PGP is a method for securing e-mail sent by a person or a form. You must have PGP installed on your computer before using this Option.
	PGP Mail	Provides the same functionality as Formmail but encrypts mail with PGP before it is sent.
	MS FrontPage	Allows you to install Microsoft FrontPage Extensions, which are necessary if you plan to use Microsoft FrontPage with your site. (Does NOT install Microsoft FrontPage.)
	NEW Urchin	Urchin is a web analytics software product that, in basic terms, reads log files and produces usage reports. Urchin uses Adobe's SVG graphics technology to generate gorgeous, quick-rendering, interactive graphs that can be easily pasted into common Office applications. Urchin achieves a high level of accuracy and captures a wealth of visitor parameters via the Urchin Tracking Module (UTM2), a client-side data collection component that transparently sends additional data back to the server and into the log file. The UTM2 uses a first-party cookie to overcome the effects of caches, proxies, and IP-recycling to provide the most accurate and complete reporting available from any analytics solution. 	Site Statistics	Allows you to view the web statistics for your site, such as hit count, transfer amount, etc.
	Counter	Provides you with instructions for setting up a visitor counter on your web site if your domain has this feature installed.
	Protect Directories*	Allows you to password-protect specific directories within your account.
	Redirect URL*	Allows you to set up redirection of your site so that when visitors type in one web address (URL) they are sent to another URL you have chosen.
	Search Engine	Allows you to install and manage the WebGlimpse Search Engine which is a program that allows visitors to perform searches on your site.
	FTP User Manager	Allows you to add users to your FTP folders. A help file is included in this section.
	Anon FTP	Sets up Anonymous FTP which allows users to upload and download files from your site.
	Archive Manager	Allows you to back up and compress files on your site.
	Mime Types*	Provides you with a way of setting certain programs to be used for files with specific extensions.
	NEW osCommerce	osCommerce is an fully intergrated shopping cart solution. You can enable the osCommerce system by clicking on the Upgrade CP icon in your Control Panel. Help files are built into the osCommerce shopping cart system, and there are also help forums and tips available from: http://www.oscommerce.com/community
	Alacart Silver	Alacart Silver is a full featured shopping cart program with powerful features. Please note: The AlaCart Shopping Cart has a 25 product limit. If you require to sell more than 25 products please upgrade to the osCommerce system.
	Secure Server	Each domain has the ability to access our secure server using our site-wide shared secure certificate, or to purchase their own private secure certificate.
	MySQL Database	Allows you to create and manage a new MySQL database.
	SSH	If you have SSH (Secure Shell) software on your PC, you can use this option to telnet securely into your site's server (uses RSA authentication).
	Web Site Builder*	Provides you with the ability to set up your web site, without any knowledge of HTML or the use of programs like FrontPage.
	Network trouble shooter	The Traceroute Manager can be used to trace the connection from your web site to the place where you are connecting from, or to another location on the Internet
	Submit Site to Search Engines	Submits your site to be listed in a number of publicly viewable search engines.
